Staff developing a roadmap for 2025
Kole Intellectual Forum (KIFA’s) Staff hold a meeting: Developing Roadmap 2025
As they year 2024 comes to an end: Kole Intellectual Forum together with its staff develops a framework to be used next year to bring about positive transformation in their project lifespan; and this framework, they developed them strategically as listed below:
- Program Strategy – They observed that, their project program should be that, that can provide the foundations for a transformation or change by determining the best way of solving project problems
- Another key thing they developed was about stakeholder strategy – for this, they agreed on it that: they are going to form partnerships with the stakeholders; that will make them to establish a good working and committed relationships.
- Execution Roadmaps -- This framework, was discussed and agreed on that: the organization will be implementing programs in an orderly manner; beginning with what the staff will be agreeing on as the first program to be implemented and the sequent ones continues

Multiple partnership: boosting organizational (KIFA's) capacities
Kole Intellectual Forum (KIFA) is finding out a useful benefits as a result of having a multiple relationship or partnership with different donors as well as with the public, and these benefits from multiple relationships is observed to include among others, the benefits of having the: the ability of individuals, groups, or groups of donors to support their issues that build their capacities.
For instance, other than getting fund from the platform of GlobalGiving’s platform; the organization – Kole Intellectual Forum is also having another donor; particularly in the name of TWAWEZA East Africa, whose support going on a longside with the training of their recruited staff or volunteers. They (TWAWEZA East Africa) normally give conditional Grants whose contract is started by training members of the contracting organization of what to do before the fund for the activities is disbursed.
Having multiple partners or relationship with multiple donors including GlobalGiving, individuals and the public has so far boosted the capacity of Kole Intellectual Forum

Maintenance observed at Kole Intellectual Forum
Kole intellectual Forum has made maintenance to the Institutional asserts as a course unit that their students take it seriously and they make sure that, the students refer to it as a set of processes and practices that should aim at ensuring that, there is a continuous and efficient operation of machinery, equipment, and other types of assets typically used in business.
Of course, the main purpose is to ensure that: all necessary equipment who are maintain are able to carry out its efficient work. So, students are made to maintain their machines and other organizational asserts by cleaning, lubricating and making minor adjustments, as well as identifying some minor problems that may be detected and then fixed them before they become major problems that could shut down a production line.
