In an attempt to verify the organizational success of Kole Intellectual Forum; as it has always been the ways of verification of the organization for the last eight years of its operation that is, since 2016; the annual meeting of the organization have directed the Directors (non-siting ones, each one of them) to at least come and verify the successes of the organization and where necessary to advise the management of the areas that needed the correction.
Their direction of verification are on these areas:
- To verify how the resources are being used
- To verify the management processes
- To listen—and write down questions of the employees including the students
- To review the tools at hand
- To look at the organization structure.
- To introduce him/herself to the organizational team
- To fill out any profile information to increase visibility.

Promoting gender equality among youth
Although, Kole Intellectual Forum at present is concentrating on a program that empowers a girl child for self-reliance (https://goto.gg/31562:) in Kole District, Northern Uganda; the organization on the other hand, to certain extent, in its program to be establishing a health facility in Kole District (https://goto.gg/62863) is not forgetting to design relevant program that may embrace empowering boys also to help them address the issue of gender equality; for instance, the organization is addressing the root causes of gender inequality and providing the young people with the necessary skills, knowledge, and opportunities, by cultivating a generation of empowered individuals who can contribute positively to their communities and break the cycle of gender-based discrimination.
A three days’ workshop was organized by the organization to train both girls and boys within the area on how avoid to contract sexually transmitted diseases and in case of danger; they were also advised or informed of the available areas to access the treatment in the health facilities; particularly, in the nearby health facilities.

Policies review for KIFA is in progress
With an attempt to develop a number of organizational policies; like, financial policy, human resource policy, code of conduct, child protection policy, risk management policy and others since 2018; Kole Intellectual Forum through their members of Board as well as staff and students have tasked the top management of the organization to have a moment to review these policies. And the reasons to review them were supported by the following reasons, that to the:
- Compliance: that the outdated policies may not comply with new laws and regulations, which can put the organization at risk.
- Consistency and effectiveness: they were encourage that regular review ensures that policies are consistent and effective.
- Up-to-date information: Review keeps the organization up to date with regulations, technology, and industry best practices.
- Reflects changes: that review allows the organization to reflect on its growth and changes.
- Consider feedback: that review allows them to consider feedback from employees and stakeholders.
- Assess clarity: that review allows them to assess the clarity and usability of policies.
- Communicate changes: that if they continue to review, they would be able communicate changes effectively.
- Audit adherence: they believe that, after their review, they would be in position to audit the organizational adherence to these policies.
