After two weeks of holidays for children and collaborators, Mayama, returned to its regular operations in August, always keeping in mind, continuing transforming the lives of children and families by sharing the best of us.

That is why, in this period Mayama, in addition to hiring a new professional personal to work with children and their families, focused on training their collaborators on topics such as development of teaching skills, emotional intelligence and family intervention techniques, in order to strengthen the effectiveness of the intervention we perform in our target population.

The professionalization of employees in the field of the organization is a key element to ensure the fulfillment of their objectives, it also ensures that the personal has the necessary knowledge and skills to execute their work in a correct way. In addition, the constant training allows the development of tools that complement the work to do.

Finally, we are pleased to share with our donors that after a process of evaluations, we began the phase of "I trust" with families and children of Tonalá neighborhood, whose main characteristic is that the economic income is through the collection of pet bottles.

This phase of 6 months, is one of the three that compound our intervention model, which aims to ensure the commitment and permanence of the beneficiaries of the program through psychoeducational sessions in each home, to promote co-responsibility among Mayama A.C. and families.

For us it is important to generate a bond of trust with families to promote responsibility.
On November 25 this phase of trust concludes, which will guarantee a social impact on the lives of children and families in Jalisco, Mexico

It has been three months of continuous improvement in an intensive way, this has been possible thanks to your donation. Thank you for bringing out the best of you to continue transforming the lives of children and their families.
