Weekly Activity Report
*Purpose*
This report notes how physical work and time to play support children’s health and learning this week.
*Activities Observed*
Work: Children took part in sweeping the compound, arranging chairs, and keeping water areas clean. These tasks built responsibility and light exercise into the daily routine.
Play: Short games and free play time were included between lessons. Team games encouraged cooperation and gave children a break to release energy.
*Impact On Learners*
Children appeared more alert during lessons after active time. Teachers noted fewer restless moments and better focus. Play also strengthened peer support and confidence.
*Next Steps*
Continue daily work and play periods. Ask class teachers to share one short note each Friday on changes they see in focus or teamwork. Use these notes to adjust timing of activities if needed.
*Closing*
Thank you for your continued support and generosity. Your partnership helps us protect time for work and play that keeps children active and ready to learn.

Dear beloved friends,
Title: Dust Bin Purchased
Update For Donors
A new dust bin is now in use at Gahok. This simple addition helps keep the compound clean, reduces litter near water points, and supports the hygiene habits children are learning.
Thanks for being our amplifier and sharing our projects with friends and family.
Now our community will be clean and sanitation will be maintained at Gaba hope for kids.
Thank You
Thank you for your continued support and generosity. Your partnership turns small needs into real changes that help children stay healthy and focused in class.
Yours faithfully,
Kwagala

what children use to wash hands.
Title: Help Us Buy A Hand Washing Machine
The Need
Many children at Gaba Hope For Kids still share one washing point during school hours. Crowds form, time is lost, and some children miss the chance to wash hands before porridge or after the toilet. A second hand washing machine will reduce lines and keep hygiene habits strong.
How Your Gift Helps
Your support puts a working station where children gather. It means soap and clean water are within reach. It protects health and helps pupils stay in class instead of missing school due to illness.
How To Support
You can give today to cover the cost of one hand washing machine, installation, and initial soap supply. Every contribution brings us closer to a school where every child can wash hands safely without waiting.
Thank you to our donors for your continued support and generosity. Because of you, small additions like this create big changes in daily health for children and families.
