*Rewarding Children, Inspiring Better Learning*
At Hope for Kids, we reward children - and better learning happens.
We believe a child who is recognized will try harder, stay longer, and dream bigger.
*How We Reward Children:*
*1. We Reward Best Learners:*
Every term, we reward top 10 performers with books, pens, and school bags. 520+ children now compete to learn better because they know hard work is seen.
*2. We Reward Improved Learners:*
We don't only reward the first. We reward children who improved from last position. This has inspired 45 children who were sent home before to now stay and improve.
*3. We Reward Good Attendance:*
We reward children who never miss school. Since we started, attendance for 200+ children who get meals increased from 65% to 92%. They come because they know we notice.
*4. We Reward Girls' Courage:*
We reward our 180 girls who stay in school every day despite challenges. With dignity kits and small gifts, we tell them: Your courage inspires us.
*5. We Reward Cleanliness and Discipline:*
We reward the 12 homeless children now in shelter who keep clean and help others. They now lead others in hygiene.
*Result: Rewarding Children = Inspiring Better Learning*
- Children now stay before the bell rings because they want to be seen.
- 150 children with uniforms now shine with confidence.
- Class performance improved by 30% after rewards started.
But our reward stock is finished. We have no more books to reward with. No more bags to give. No more small gifts to inspire.
