UNIFORMS

Uniforms are provided to our children at the beginning of the year.

FEEDING AT SCHOOL

Food like maize and beans are provided for mid-day meals.

FEEDING AT HOME

There are these children who stay with the old widows; food is given to them beans and maize.

CARE FOR THE ELDERLY WIDOWED WOMEN

We provide food for them and take care of them check on them and see to it that they keep health and happy. By giving maize and beans, educate them and a balanced diet.

CHILD HEADED FAMILIES

We take care of these needy; provide beans, maize whenever funds are realized. Take care their learning needs, those HIV/AIDS positive get their medical care in time.

HEALTH

HIV/AIDS: we make sure these people keep healthy, live positively, live healthy, get their drugs in time, councilors visit them, always to remind them to get their treatment in time.

There is no stress and stigma in our people, try to guide them on a balanced diet.

DRAMA

This is our tool for sensitization: We love this group so much. It has helped our communities to overcome stress, stigma, the communities have kept self-awareness they see to it that they always test for HIV/AIDS through drama education.

 AGRICULTURE

Most of our people depend on agriculture. It is the only way to get food. Unfortunately the first season, second season have been very poor. There is no food in our communities, our people are very hungry and a lot of poverty in our communities.

 GOAT REARING

Because of hunger and poverty, some people take people’s goats at night. (Steal) and have made this project to go down.

LOCAL POULTRY

This project is on; it needs to help women to give them sensitization on vaccination of their local poultry to improve up on it.

 HOME VISITS

Child headed, families, poor elderly women are always visited by our trained counselors of long term survival skills to guide and counsel them on their needs, check on their performance on day today life.

 DAY CARE CENTRES

These are fair and we are encouraging people to keep bringing children to the centers.

SCHOOL FEE TOP UP TO THE VERY NEEDY

This group needs great care; each group spares some little fund to top up these needy so that they keep going to school.

 TREE PLANTING

We have always encouraged our members to plant trees so that they get firewood, charcoal and sell to get money also. This tree planting helps in construction of their houses that they live in.

 DEVELOPMENT

All our children go to school in time and we provide them with the necessary materials for their learning.

 CHALLENGES

There is a lot of hunger in our communities because the seasons have been very poor due to a lot of sunshine and little rain.

A LOT OF POVERTY IN THE COMMUNITIES

The reason being that the agricultural practice has not been done well.

 SUGGESTIONS

There are no seeds for planting therefore, there is need to buy seeds for women for planting e.g. beans, maize, sukuma, Ground nuts, sim sim to boost the area of food to overcome some of the problems mentioned above.
