the crowd!
the crowd!
In September 2017, we gathered for another amazing AIDS Walk Portland. We celebrated how far we've come, took time to remember those we've lost and stood up against the stigma of HIV/AIDS.

The funds raised will help prevent HIV infections, support and empower people living with or affected by HIV, and eliminate health disparities in the LGBTQ+ community.

We raised $436,518 against our $475,000 goal. A smashing accomplishment. Over 5000 people participated in AIDS Walk, with 1763 individual walkers showing up the day of to walk, sing, dance, and celebrate. And also remember those that we've lost.

Multnomah County Chair Deborah Kafoury led us in sending the walkers out the gates and through the Pearl District for another successful year.

Thanks everyone and we look forward to having you back next year!
