Supporting Vulnerable Communities in Uganda

Dear friends and supporters,
Since December 2024, we've been relying on our limited resources to continue serving vulnerable children and communities in Uganda. Unfortunately, our ministry has been severely impacted by the lack of donations, making it challenging to provide essential support.
Your generous donation will directly impact the lives of these vulnerable communities by:
Providing nutritional support and healthcare to children and families in need
Enabling access to education and skills development programs
Offering emotional and psychological support to those affected by poverty and adversity
Empowering communities through sustainable livelihood initiatives

Life Changing Intervention

Our "Buy an Animal. Change a Life!" project is going great! We're empowering rural families in Uganda by providing them with cattle, training, and support to build small sheds. This initiative aims to break the cycle of poverty by giving families a steady source of nutrition and income.
Key Achievements
Cattle Distribution: We've distributed cows to 15 families so far, exceeding our quarterly target of 10 families.
Training and Support: Recipient families received comprehensive training on cattle care, nutrition, and management.
Income Generation: Some families have started selling milk and calves, generating income to support their livelihoods.
Improved Nutrition: Families with cows have reported an increase in milk consumption, improving the nutritional status of their children.
Future Plans
- Scale-up Cattle Distribution: Distribute cows to an additional 20 families in the next quarter.
- Enhance Veterinary Care: Establish partnerships with local veterinary services to ensure regular check-ups and support.
- Sustainable Agriculture Practices: Introduce organic farming methods and provide training on crop rotation and soil conservation.
