Isabel is 17 years old and in her final year of secondary school in La Madrid. She lives in a large family with her parents, a brother, three sisters, and three nephews, and she understands the value of managing her resources effectively. Recently, she participated in ACDI’s financial education workshop, where she stood out as a dedicated participant with a strong attention to detail.
Throughout the workshop, Isabel completed each activity, demonstrating impressive skill in tracking her expenses with precision. At the end of the program, she shared that she is now more aware of her spending habits and the importance of having clear goals to manage her money wisely. With her graduation trip as a goal, Isabel is now motivated to make her income go further and save to reach her objective.
Isabel’s story highlights the transformative power of financial education. Thanks to her dedication, she has not only gained valuable skills but also the confidence to pursue her goals with focus and discipline.
