Employ Chelo, Venel, and Junnot in 2022

Hey there!

We just wanted to send a quick note to let you know that we officially have funded Venel, Chelo, and Junnot for the entire year of 2022! And that is largely because of you donating to our fundraiser on GlobalGiving. We really appreciate you giving and maximizing your gift match by donating through this campaign. 

Just to give you a few highlights what these three amazing and crucial staff members accomplish for us each year:

1) New filter installations! This year alone we have installed 30+ filters that are followed up and maintained for a full year to maximize their impact!

2) Filter follow ups and maintenance. These are crucial to the longetivy of our filters impact. This also includes re-installations of filters like after the earthquake in August. We want to make sure each of our families receive clean water for life!

3) Water House maintenance and new Water Houses! One exciting update is that our staff are preparing for two new Water House installations! They are in charge of scouting, building the water committee responsible for the system, and building the house it will go in! These builds are happening in April!

4) Community involvement. Our staff allows us to maintain a consistent presence in Tiverny and are the main catalysts for projects outside of water that we have been able to assist with like the hand washing stations during COVID and the rebuilding efforts ongoing now after the earthquake. 

We couldn't do our work without them and we couldn't do it without you either! Thank you so much for supporting the backbone of our organization's work!
