5th Quarterly Progress Report

Accomplished Activities during the 5th quarter:
- Follow up meetings and consultations with the young political activists at the local level were organized, to ensure implementation on the learning from previous training to help them better understand and apply leadership skills and knowledge both at the personal and professional level.
- Two - Two days training on Authentic Voice were organized for 06 youth members in Lower Dir and for 06 Youth members in Malakand. During the training, storytelling, presentation skills, public speaking skills, 7 Cs of communication were practiced in an interactive manner. All the training participation enjoyed the training and found it productive and relevant.
- Project monthly progress review and planning meetings were held at the head office. During the meeting project progress was reviewed, challenges were discussed and an action plan was reviewed and finalized for every next month.

4th Quarterly Progress Report

During the 4th Quarter, the following activities were accomplished:
- Brief bios of the selected 06 youth (02 girls and 04 boys) from district Malakand were finalized and made public, so they can start building their public profile in their communities.
- Orientation and consultation meetings with the young political activists at the local level were continued, to build an understanding of their issues on the ground. Most of them were facilitated accordingly for its resolution.
- Two - Two days training on Problem Analysis and System Thinking were organized for 06 youth members in Lower Dir and for 06 Youth members in Malakand. After the training, the follow-up session with every participant was organized to ensure the required assistance where it was required for him or her during the process of the implementation of the learning from the training.
- Project monthly progress review and planning meetings were held at the head office. During the meeting project progress was reviewed, challenges were discussed and an action plan was reviewed and finalized for every next month.

3rd Quarterly Progress Report

- Two days training on adaptive leadership skills development was organized for 06 youth members in Lower Dir. After the training, the follow-up session with every participant was organized to ensure the required assistance where it was required to him or her during the process of the implementation of the learning from the training.
- Project monthly progress review and planning meetings were held at the head office. During the meeting project progress was reviewed, challenges were discussed and an action plan was reviewed and finalized for every next month.
