Women&youth Empowerment through skilling in Luuka

At the beginning of this new year 2026: the team of Pebac Entrepreneurship for Rural Development reviewed their approaches and consolidated their stand point on the new and innovative skilling of Women and  youth with vigilancy in that: in this world of rapid change, young people need the right mixtures of skills to thrive. Access to information is increasing, and memorizing facts is equally important today than in the past. Although academic skills remain important, they need to be sufficient enough to foster thoughtful, productive, and engaging to the citizens. Women and Young people everywhere need to develop a greater breadth of skills to evaluate and apply knowledge in ways that meet the new demands of our changing social and economic landscape. The team of Pebac Entrepreneurship for Rural Development in their review meeting was constituted on the 05/02/2026.

They observed that: skills like communication, teamwork, critical thinking, and flexibility have always been important for work and life. But they are treating it a tool that is even more crucial for future generations; including a rapid advances in technology for transforming the world of work, and by 2030 they estimated that more jobs around the globe can go unfilled due to lack of skills if we fail to plan for today.

They want to be more connected than ever before, because they are aware that: there are complex global challenges such as climate change, abject poverty and health epidemics that are calling for leaders and citizens who are able to collaborate with diverse groups to solve problems. In these series of debates, they used it to spark a global dialogue and engaged in promoting an increase understanding of how to develop the skills and learning that all children need to be successful in their lives and livelihoods.
