Turning Commitment into Action: Invest in Women, Youth and Rural Communities

Pebac Entrepreneurship for Real Development Limited is committed to empowering women and young people with practical knowledge, skills and opportunities to improve their livelihoods and contribute meaningfully to their communities.

Our work focuses on entrepreneurship, vocational and practical skills development, leadership, financial literacy, digital competence, community health awareness, environmental sustainability and economic empowerment.

We believe that every woman and young person deserves an opportunity to learn, innovate, develop their potential and build a more secure future for themselves and their families.

During the reporting period, Pebac reviewed its approaches and consolidated its strategy for promoting practical skills development, entrepreneurship, resilience, leadership and community participation.

Our planning emphasized the importance of equipping women and young people with transferable skills such as communication, teamwork, critical thinking, creativity and adaptability. We also highlighted the need for collaborative solutions to poverty, unemployment, climate change and public health challenges.

These efforts have strengthened the direction of our planned interventions. However, our greatest challenge is the lack of adequate funding to translate these priorities into practical community activities.

Although our commitment remains strong, we currently lack the financial resources needed to deliver the planned training, provide learning materials, reach intended beneficiaries and offer the ongoing support required to strengthen livelihoods.

The Urgent Need for Donations

Women and young people in underserved communities need more than encouragement. They need access to practical training, relevant skills, mentorship, business development knowledge and opportunities to earn a sustainable income.

Without financial support, many of the activities Pebac intends to implement cannot proceed at the scale needed.

We urgently seek donations to help us move from planning to implementation and begin delivering practical interventions that address skills gaps, unemployment, poverty and limited economic opportunities.

Your contribution will help Pebac establish the resources needed to support women and young people to become more skilled, economically active and self-reliant.

What Your Donation Will Support

Donations will be directed toward priority programme costs, based on the resources raised and an approved implementation budget:

  • Practical skills training: Facilitating vocational, entrepreneurship and livelihood development sessions.
  • Women’s economic empowerment: Supporting business skills, financial literacy, mentorship and income-generating initiatives.
  • Youth development: Promoting digital literacy, leadership, problem-solving and self-employment opportunities.
  • Community outreach: Reaching underserved communities and connecting participants with learning and development opportunities.
  • Monitoring and accountability: Documenting activities, tracking progress and reporting transparently to donors.

Every contribution will help address an identified resource gap. Pebac will maintain appropriate records of funds received and their use, and report on activities implemented and results achieved.

Our Appeal to GlobalGiving and Prospective Donors

Pebac Entrepreneurship for Real Development Limited appeals to GlobalGiving supporters, individual philanthropists, foundations, corporate social responsibility programmes and development partners to stand with us at this critical stage.

We welcome financial donations, technical assistance, training materials, equipment and strategic partnerships that can help us implement our planned community empowerment programmes.

We have the commitment, the mission and a clear direction. What we urgently need are the resources to turn our plans into action.

Your donation can help create opportunities for women to strengthen their livelihoods, young people to develop practical skills, and communities to build a more resilient future.

We will work to ensure that support received is used responsibly, activities are documented and progress is communicated honestly. Beneficiary numbers and impact results will be reported as implementation takes place and verified information becomes available.

A Call to Action: Donate Today

Poverty and unemployment cannot be addressed through plans alone. They require practical action, community participation and investment in people's abilities.

By supporting Pebac, you will help lay the foundation for practical skills development, entrepreneurship and inclusive community empowerment in Uganda.

Please donate today and help us turn commitment into action. Your generosity can help make training possible, open doors to economic opportunity and give women and young people a stronger foundation for the future.

Together, we can build stronger communities where women and young people have the skills, confidence and opportunities to improve their lives.

Thank you for believing in our mission and for standing with Pebac Entrepreneurship for Real Development Limited.

Every donation brings us one step closer to turning our development vision into practical opportunities for the communities we serve.
