Consistence Research is being used: KIFA
Kole Intellectual Forum (KIFA) is consistently using research to help it derive at the useful programs that can support the interest of the beneficiaries, community and the society at large. That is, to say, the research is being used to identify community's specific problems and to ensure they derive solutions to them together with the community; by promoting their relevancy, effectiveness and sustainability. Of course, this kind of approach, has helped the organization to bring about numerous benefits to both the community, beneficiaries, society and the organization itself.
Kole intellectual Forum has found out that this approach, problem-Specific research Outreach program is very essential to both the community and the organization because, it:
Addresses Root Causes: Generic outreach often provides "Band-Aid" solutions. Focusing on specific problems (example, lack of educational resources, or mental health stigma) allows initiatives to address underlying issues, leading to lasting change; ensures Relevance and Accessibility: By understanding a community's unique cultural, social, and economic context and needs, outreach programs can be tailored to be culturally relevant and accessible. This increases the likelihood that residents will use the services or participate in programs; and builds Trust and Buy-In: When community members see that their specific concerns are being heard and addressed, it have built trust with the organization.
Basically, and sincerely speaking, this genuine engagement encourages a sense of ownership and shared responsibility, making the community more likely to participate in the planning and execution of initiatives developed by KIFA (Kole Intellectual Forum)

Transformation of a society can be possible
By George Obua | Project Leader
Transformation of a society can be possible if it is built on a solid foundation
What does it mean to Kole Intellectual Forum to have said that: societal transformation can only be possible if it is built on a solid foundation? This question, takes this organization to its very early years of formation. Those were characterized by getting into locally related issues of their community; particularly on matters of education. They (the team of Kole Intellectual Forum), started by engaging with the local communities (Educational stakeholders) already working on particular field of interest, by attending several meetings, volunteering a lot material time, and together, starting to addressing problem of poor performance in public primary schools within that are of jurisdiction.
Indeed, one after the others, Kole Intellectual Forum, started to realize the restructuring of all aspects of the communities’ lives, from culture to social relations and from their ways of thinking to value the aspects of education. One of them was in 2019 quoted to have said that: “I wish I was young, I would have gone back to school”. This statement was generated as a result of Kole Intellectual Forum moving closer to its community and influenced the mindset in various educational aspects; hence, given an answer to the statement that, transformation of a society can be possible if it is built on a solid foundation
