We are raising money to purchase a people-transporter - step by step.
We were thrilled to have been the beneficiary of Jenni-Lee Basson's birthday in the US, and her friends have been incredibly generous in donating to this project. Thank-you to this very special group of people who donated on Jenni-Lee's behalf.
Step by step - we will move forward until we have enough money to buy a vehicle to transport the children to school.
At the moment, the children, who are in primary school, walk to school and back with their house mothers - it has been a little chilly in the winter period, but the rainy season is starting in South Africa, and that make it a little more difficult and a little wetter as well.
