Team Rubicon is a global humanitarian organization, helping communities before, during, and after disasters and crisis. Team Rubicon utilizes veterans’ skills and experience to reach isolated and under-resourced communities, filling a gap in relief services. Our goal is to restore the safety and health of houses and communities, enabling people to live safely and resiliently through disasters and crises.
In 2024, Team Rubicon impacted over 3 million individuals through our disaster relief, recovery, and mitigation efforts. We completed 92 operations, served over 800 communities, and rebuilt 16 homes. If you would like to step into the arena with us in 2025, please consider donating to our Ready Reserve Fund!
Highlights of our recent accomplishments:

Their homes were left inaccessible, unsafe, and in many cases, washed away entirely. We have provided free-of-charge services to residents, throughout Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee and accomplished the following:
Team Rubicon’s Ready Reserve Fund stands as the cornerstone of Team Rubicon’s mission, a testament to our unwavering dedication since 2010. This unrestricted fund is the strategic enabler that allows us to be quick and strategic in our disaster response. It empowers us to act swiftly, ensuring that we can extend our reach to any community in need, regardless of the disaster’s nature or location.
In essence, the Ready Reserve Fund is the driving force behind our ability to serve with equity and innovation. It’s the foundation upon which we build our capacity to respond, recover, and rebuild, ensuring that every community we touch can emerge stronger from the trials of disaster.
Here’s how the Ready Reserve Fund amplifies our flexibility and commitment to equitable service distribution:
