Team Rubicon has made an incredible impact throughout 2023, increasing our operational tempo and number of volunteers, training and engaging volunteers throughout the country, and serving communities most in need. Team Rubicon is committed to transparency and maintains high ratings on charity rating sites such as Charity Navigator, GuideStar, and Charity Watch. We've also launched our open initiative on our website, to update partners, volunteers, and supporters on our impact year round.
2023 was a productive year for Team Rubicon, and we are thankful to everyone who assisted in making our impact even greater than 2022!

Team Rubicon is consistently challenged by having adequate proactive funding available. Unrestricted Ready Reserve funding enables Team Rubicon to rapidly respond to disasters, conduct multiple operations at once, train and engage volunteers year-round, invest in developing leadership in staff and volunteers throughout the country, and each aspect of our mission. We truly appreciate every dollar donated, enabling Team Rubicon to serve communities most in need. Thank you!
