Nearly 500 Alternative Learning System (ALS) learners in Monkayo, Davao de Oro came together for a meaningful Career Guidance Training focused on discovering their strengths, exploring opportunities, and building confidence for the future.
Guided by volunteer speakers, the learners took part in activities that encouraged critical thinking, teamwork, and self-expression. Meaningful conversations filled the room as they exchanged ideas, encouraged one another, and discovered that everyone has valuable experiences and perspectives to contribute.
The training also gave participants the opportunity to present their ideas in front of their classmates—powerful moments that helped foster courage, confidence, and personal growth. Games and performances created a fun and engaging environment where learners could connect, participate, and celebrate their talents.
The activity concluded with the awarding of certificates, symbolizing not only their participation but also their commitment to learning, personal growth, and pursuing new opportunities.
Together, we continue creating opportunities where every learner can discover their purpose, build confidence, and prepare for a better future.
