Education in Nepal

Thank you for your continued support of the Education in Nepal project. Your contributions have significantly improved school environments, with refurbishments such as patching and repainting giving classrooms a fresh, clean look.

The provision of stable desks with storage space has not only created more room in classrooms but has also ensured that students' books and stationery are stored efficiently. These enhancements have been greatly appreciated by both teachers and students, as well as the wider community.

Additionally, the Education in Nepal project has been instrumental in supporting small group learning sessions for students and developing educational resources for classrooms. In the past quarter alone, we have facilitated over 60 learning sessions, which have been well received by teachers and students alike. Your donations have been crucial in providing these learning resources.

Health topics are a key part of our education programs.  Awareness raising of health issues affecting the region are topics we can cover through our education programs one example this quarter has been sessions related to dengue fever prevention and symptoms.

We understand that students learn in diverse ways, and having a variety of resources, from posters and stimulus cards to a range of books, helps reinforce concepts and enhances the learning experience. We also offer resources that promote a hands-on approach to learning, complementing traditional textbook learning.

The Education in Nepal project is committed to supporting schools wherever possible. Your ongoing support is greatly appreciated and has had a positive impact on teachers and students. With continued effort, we can further enhance our support to schools in need.
