Skills & Mentoring Session with Ms. Kalai Ma'am

The college students participated in an engaging Skills and Mentoring Session with Ms. Kalai Ma'am in January, focusing on skills development and career guidance.
The session was highly interactive, encouraging students to actively participate, share their thoughts, and engage in meaningful discussions.
Ms. Kalaivaani Ma'am provided valuable insights on building essential skills, exploring career opportunities, and making informed career choices.
Students had the opportunity to ask questions and receive practical guidance that helped them gain clarity about their future aspirations.
The session concluded with students feeling motivated, confident, and better prepared to take the next steps toward their academic and career goals.

Skills & Mentoring Session with Ms. Seetha Ma'am

The college students participated in an insightful Skill and Career Guidance session conducted by Ms. Seetha Ma'am
The session focused on helping students understand the essential skills required to become life-ready and prepared for future opportunities.
Students were guided on career planning, self-awareness, effective communication, and making informed decisions about their future.
Through interactive discussions and practical examples, students gained valuable insights into building confidence, adaptability, and a growth mindset.
The session inspired students to develop the right attitude, strengthen their skills, and take meaningful steps towards achieving their personal and professional goals.

FEBRUARY

Skills & Mentoring Session with Mr. Raghavendra Sir

The college students attended a Skills and Mentoring Session with Mr. Raghavendra Sir , focusing on life readiness and personal development.
The session was interactive, encouraging students to participate in discussions and engage with the topics presented.
Mr. Raghavendra Rao shared practical insights on essential life skills, decision-making, and leading a purposeful life.
Students had the opportunity to ask questions and gain valuable guidance for their personal and professional growth.
The session concluded with students feeling motivated and better equipped with skills to confidently face future challenges.

MARCH

Fundraising Session with Founder & CEO Krupa Ma'am

The college students participated in a Fundraising Session led by Founder & CEO Krupa Ma'am in March.
The session focused on encouraging students to think creatively and develop innovative fundraising ideas for the organization.
Students were challenged to work on practical fundraising concepts that could support SUKRUPA's mission and initiatives.
Each student was asked to prepare and present their ideas and action plans, promoting teamwork, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
The session concluded with students gaining a better understanding of fundraising, leadership, and the importance of contributing to a social cause through innovative thinking.

Skills & Mentoring Session with Mr. Vishal Sir

The college students participated in an enriching Skills and Mentoring Session with Mr. Vishal Sir in January, focusing on personal and professional development.
The session was highly interactive, encouraging students to actively engage in discussions and share their thoughts and experiences.
Students had the opportunity to ask questions and received practical guidance and valuable insights from Mr. Vishal Srivatsa based on his professional experience.
The session emphasized the importance of effective communication, continuous learning, self-confidence, and making informed career decisions.
The mentoring session concluded with students feeling motivated, inspired, and better prepared to pursue their academic and career goals.

OCTOBER

Diwali Celebration Report

Sumargadarshak students celebrated Diwali with great enthusiasm by lighting diyas, symbolizing the victory of light over darkness.
Students performed a small act explaining the significance and importance of the Diwali festival.
Various cultural performances were presented by the students, showcasing their talents and creativity.
The event was graced by the presence of our Founder, Co-Founder, and CAO.
The program concluded with a group photo session to capture memorable moments.
Snacks were distributed to all the participants at the end of the celebration.

Diya Painting Project

In the month of October, students of Sumargadarshak participated in a large Diya Painting Project.
All the students were divided into teams to work together on painting the diyas.
With teamwork, creativity, and hard work, the students created many beautifully painted diyas.
Students also helped in packing the diyas, learning responsibility and coordination.
The project provided students with an opportunity to learn new skills and the importance of teamwork.
Sujanavikas women also participated in the project and supported the students.
The project turned out to be a huge success and a great learning experience for everyone involved

NOVEMBER

Scholarship Day

Sumargadarshak celebrated its Scholarship Day in the month of November to recognize the academic achievements of students.
The event was organized in collaboration with Suprajith Foundation.
Mrs. Bhargavi from Suprajith Foundation awarded scholarships to deserving students.
16 students who scored 60% and above in their academics received scholarships.
The program was conducted in the presence of our Founder, CAO, teachers, and students.
It was a proud and memorable moment for the organization, students, and their parents.
The scholarships encouraged and motivated the students to continue working hard in their education.

School Branding Project

Sumargadarshak students from PUC to UG participated in a School Branding Project under the guidance and mentoring of our Founder.
Through this project, students learned the concept of branding and how it can be applied to a school environment.
Students came up with creative ideas to paint the walls of Sukrupa School in a meaningful and educational way.
The aim of the project was to create artwork and messages on the walls so that children passing by the school could learn something from them.
Students dedicated their time after college hours to work on painting the school walls.
Each student presented their ideas and was given a section of the wall to draw, paint, and add meaningful messages.
The students worked together to transform the walls of Sukrupa into colorful, positive, and inspiring spaces.
The project was a great success and helped students express creativity while contributing to the school community.

DECEMBER

Christmas Celebration Report

Sumargadarshak celebrated Christmas with great enthusiasm and joy.
Students enacted the Nativity scene, portraying the birth of Jesus and explaining the meaning of Christmas.
The celebration included Christmas songs and various cultural performances by the students.
The event was conducted in the presence of our CAO and students.
A joyful cake-cutting ceremony was held as part of the celebration.
Students and staff clicked pictures to capture the memorable moments of the day.

Birthday Celebration of Mr. Vikas Uppal (Mentor andGuide)

The birthday of Vikas Sir was celebrated on 27th July with great joy and enthusiasm. Students from SuMargadarshak along with the 10th standard students collaborated to organize the program successfully. The stage and office were creatively decorated, reflecting teamwork and thoughtful planning, guided by Sathya Uncle.A special highlight of the event was a video presentation showcasing meaningful moments at Sukrupa. Another video message conveying heartfelt birthday wishes added warmth to the celebration.The program included cultural performances, such as a melodious song by the SuMargadarshak singing team, a dance performance by Kaveri and Rakshashree, and a group dance by school students. SuMargadarshak students who work with Vikas Sir also shared words of gratitude and appreciation.Vikas Sir’s family members attended the celebration and expressed their happiness and appreciation for the efforts put into the event, making the occasion more special. The celebration concluded with a shared lunch, strengthening the sense of togetherness.This celebration provided the students with valuable experience in teamwork, planning, and event coordination. We extend our sincere thanks to Aunty for her continuous support and guidance.

Founders Day - 1st August 2025

The birthday of our Founder & CEO was celebrated on 1st August with great joy and enthusiasm. The event was organized by the students of Sumargadharsak to express their love, respect, and gratitude. The final-year students took initiative in decorating the venue and preparing a surprise video and special gift.The celebration began with a welcome speech, followed by a melodious song performance by Pooja and her group. Students then shared heartfelt messages expressing their admiration and appreciation. The surprise video was played, which was warmly received and appreciated by our Founder & CEO, who joined the celebration virtually.This was followed by another song performance by Nikitha and her group, and a lively dance performance by Bhargavi and her team, which added energy and excitement to the event. The highlight of the celebration was the cake-cutting ceremony, where everyone joyfully sang the birthday song and shared in the happiness of the occasion.The program concluded with a Vote of Thanks. The celebration was filled with warmth, gratitude, and togetherness, making it a memorable and meaningful event.

Career Readiness Session by Founder I CEO

Through SuMargadarshak, our scholarship and career guidance program, we are aligning with both Indian and global skill development priorities. Over the next few months, a series of sessions will be conducted by accomplished senior professionals from various sectors to help our students explore emerging opportunities and pathways.

In this context, our Founder I CEO Mrs. Krupalatha led a vibrant and inspiring introductory session on Career Readiness, setting the tone for this transformative learning journey. A Career Readiness Session was conducted with an emphasis on being life-ready and embracing lifelong learning. The session highlighted that learning various aspects of living well forms the foundation for excelling in one’s career. As the career landscape rapidly evolves with the rise of AI, there is an increasing demand for diverse skill sets across industries.
