1. Executive Summary

The Community Reproductive Health Strengthening Project was implemented to improve access to Sexual and Reproductive Health (SRH) information and services among vulnerable communities, particularly adolescent girls and young women.

With a donation of USD 1,000, the project successfully conducted community outreach sessions, distributed essential SRH materials, and strengthened awareness on family planning, menstrual hygiene, and prevention of early pregnancies.

A total of 128 beneficiaries were directly reached, including teenage mothers, adolescent girls, and young men.

2. Project Objectives

Overall Objective

To enhance community awareness and access to reproductive health services in underserved areas.

Specific Objectives

• Increase knowledge on sexual and reproductive health rights (SRHR)
• Promote menstrual hygiene management among adolescent girls
• Reduce teenage pregnancies through education and counseling
• Strengthen community engagement in reproductive health issues

3. Key Activities Implemented

3.1 Community Sensitization Sessions

• Conducted 24 community dialogues in target areas
• Topics included:
• Family planning
• Prevention of sexually transmitted infections (STIs)
• Early pregnancy prevention

3.2 Youth Engagement Workshops

• Organized interactive sessions targeting adolescents
• Encouraged open discussions on SRHR challenges

3.3 Distribution of SRH Materials

• Sanitary pads distributed to vulnerable girls
• Educational brochures and IEC materials shared

3.4 Stakeholder Engagement
