Dear Supporter,
We’re excited to share a hopeful story from one of our NSPPL centers in Afrin. A six-month-old baby visited our facility after suffering a brachial plexus injury during birth. This type of nerve damage affected the baby’s ability to flex and abduct the upper limb, limited forearm supination, and weakened the wrist and finger muscles.
Thanks to your support, the child has undergone several physical therapy sessions that have significantly improved mobility. We’re happy to report that the baby is now able to flex and abduct the shoulder, supinate the forearm, and move the wrist and fingers more naturally—an encouraging sign of functional recovery.
Your contributions make stories like this possible. Every donation brings healing closer to those who need it most, one small movement at a time.
With deep appreciation,
