Celebrating and awarding our best performers

We are proud of the good performance our children have had for the last three years since we started our national exams. children have been admitted in the best schools of Kenya and these has made us proud of them. On the 3rd July we had a great day celebrating and awarding our best students from last year's graduation.

Talking about good performance and good results, all is about YOU! YOU have made us proud, proud of you and your children. All that is happening is because of YOU, your support makes it happen! Your sacrifice and detemination to change a life is making all these to happen. the students and teachers were awarded for their hard work, guardians and parents were invited to witness these and we are happy that YOU made this to happen.

This year YOUR children are more competitive in their academics! Their expectations in their final exams are very high and they are looking forward to perform better than last year’s students.

YOUR recurrent donations are enabling YOUR children to work harder as you have provided for them a conducive environment and they have a meal to make them work harder. They have their school supplies and always and never lack, all because of YOU. We are grateful for enabling us to work with these children, YOU are brightening our community’s future! The success we are having is guaranteeing future with a difference.

It is our prayer that you will continue to share the work that you are doing with family members and friends, we would be grateful if we can be able to expand our donor family. We have a matching challenge this month and we are hoping that you will get involved. This will give us an opportunity to continue supporting the children efficiently. Thank you

What an amazing difference YOU have made

our children have grown, so fast

We are now in our school holidays and we managed to be with the children and we are overwhelmed to see the difference YOU OUR DONORS have made in these lives! Our children who came into our lives and your lives at the age of one day have grown, started school and are very healthy. We were just imagining how YOU have enabled them to have the love they needed, the care, the good health and the good environement.

YOU might not realise this as you are far away and you have not visited but we are proud of YOU! We are seeing the difference and I promise this is a permanent mark! Be assured that your name will never dissappear from their minds and even from this community. YOU have done amazing things in the lives of our children and the community.

Last semester was great, all the pupils in primary school and high school remained in school. We have not had any bad reports and all are doing well in school. We can say our children are well disciplined and all this is because of YOU! Giving them support has sharpened them are encouraged them to be focused on their education.

Well, our second semester starts next month on 3rd and as usual there is always a back to school budget and fees for high school students. We are encouraging you to continue sharing our links with friends, families, and on your social pages. We still need to expand our donor families, our high school students are increasing every year as they graduate from primary school. Share with friends our link for the high school so that we can be able to get more donors.

You Made 2014 a Year to Remember!

You made 2014 a Year to Remember

Last year was an exciting year for TMSC family and it's all because of YOU!

YOU enabled us to feed our 267 children lunch at the school, provide school supplies, and medical care.

Our grade eight national exams were very fulfilling, we didn’t have any failure in our school. All have received letters to join high school.

YOU have made these children smile

YOU empowered them to stay in school.

You have given them another chance in life they would have never experienced

YOU have made them discover their talents.

We know that without you all these cannot happen and we appreciate your efforts and sacrifice towards your children here in Kenya. You are a great blessing in their lives and these marks will never be forgotten. Your names will remain in their heart and at Tumaini forever!

As we continue to work together it is our prayer that you will continue to pass on this information to your families, friends and even share on your social pages. This will help us expand our donor family and enable us to give the best to your children and reach to more. We have more children out there who are still waiting for us to support them and we hope this year our donor family will expand to enable us reach out to them. We have no words to express our joy, but we appreciate your being part of this family. Have a blessed 2015!

Fantastic Results!

You made our children proud! Last year’s exam results were wonderful! We have four students from our school joining national schools! This is always not easy as national school are our best schools in the country and when a student has been called in one of these schools, there is always a guarantee they will make it to university.

Helen is one of our girls who has been admitted in a national school. Helen is an orphan staying with her grandmother! We are proud of her and she was very much focused. Helen didn’t have this focus when she first joined tumaini you changed her when you gave her a second. Your support in providing her with the basic needs, free education, food made her comfortable and she settled to work hard in her education. You enable her learn in a very conducive environment and all these has been achieved because of your efforts.

We have 24 children who are supposed to join high school this year and it is in this regard that we are requesting you to share about Tumaini with your friends and on your social pages. Our high school education is very expensive and it is not free, we are happy that our children have been admitted in national schools, but when we see the fees structures we get scared. Sharing about the high school education will help us expand our donor family and we will be able to pay school fees for our children. They get discouraged when they don’t join schools that they were admitted in because of lack of school fees and sometimes when we can’t raise the fees we have to take them to village schools which demoralize their efforts.
