Title: Submersible Water Pump Installed in Village Zairy Noor, South Waziristan
Summary
Alkhidmat Foundation has successfully completed the installation of a Submersible Water Pump in Village Zairy Noor, South Waziristan, ensuring reliable access to clean and safe drinking water for the local community.
This initiative is part of our ongoing commitment to providing sustainable water solutions in remote and underserved areas of Pakistan.
Story / Update
Residents of Village Zairy Noor in South Waziristan had long struggled with limited access to safe drinking water. Families relied on distant and often unsafe water sources, which posed serious health risks and created daily hardship—especially for women and children responsible for fetching water.
To address this urgent need, Alkhidmat Foundation installed a modern submersible water pump system to provide a steady and dependable supply of clean water. The project has significantly improved daily life in the village by reducing the burden of water collection and minimizing the risk of waterborne diseases.
Access to clean water has strengthened hygiene practices, improved health conditions, and supported overall community well-being. Families can now focus more on education, livelihoods, and productive activities rather than spending hours searching for water.
The community expressed heartfelt gratitude for this life-changing intervention, which will continue to benefit them for years to come.

• Ensured reliable access to clean and safe drinking water
