SHE+ Helpline Dashboard

We are firmly committed to the goal of providing sexual health education and services to every young person in Ghana, especially young people in our communities on issues related to their sexual health and their wellbeing as individuals. Progress has been made with the creation of the dashboard. The Dashboard has been completed and the project team are currently doing user testing. Also,we have started doing outreach promotion of the helpline to both in school and out of school youth.

The SHE+ Helpline dashboard when completed would provide;

2. Real-Time Activity Tracking
3. Personalized Caller Support:
4. Comprehensive Referral pathway
5. Data visualization AI capabilities for the analysis of various metrics.
6. Geolocation-Based Services
7. Follow-Up functionality on missed calls

With the support of Tech to the Rescue, a company that connects technology companies and Nonprofits like Savana Signatures, we have successfully, identified, screened and contracted a Technology Company to build the SHE+ Helpline user-friendly dashboard.

The SHE+ helpline is an adolescent-oriented, youth-friendly, and engagement helpline that provides the following three main Adolescent Reproductive Health Services to young people in Ghana in a language of their choice.

1. Information
2. Counseling,
3. Referral to other service points (Health facilities, social justice institutions etc).

The SHE+ Dashboard  expectesetup is progressing steadily is is expected to be ready for pilot testing at the end of April, 2024. It is anticipated that the dasboard will have the following features that would help Helpline attendants to effectively provide support to the youth of Ghana.
