The self employment of persons with disabilities is desired dream of NDF. NDF always strives to promote self employment of persons with disabilities to make the earning points for their families. The persons with disabilities have great potential to deliver but are not given equal opportunities to be engaged properly in the society. The society has not accepted disability as priority agenda of development so that less priority leads to less attention and opportunity. We need to think again to utilize the potential of persons with disabilities in terms of skilled labour or unskilled labour. This is the right time to engage them if we failed this segment will be burden over the society which will be unbearable for all of us. Persons with disabilities need nothing but due care to be engaged in home based enterprises to be earning points for their families to be self independent and warning their livelihood with dignified access.
