Around 15 per cent of the world's population, or an estimated one billion people are persons with disabilities. Persons with disabilities are at a disadvantage regarding secured jobs at public & private sector even reservation of 02-05% quota. Barriers to inclusion and participation in daily labour work, there is dire need to provide self employment options. this project will provide stuff to establish small scaled own business through self employment. This project will provide support to 100s.
Unemployment of persons with disabilities is big issue to be addressed in our society, there is no disability acceptance so that persons with disabilities are not provided opportunities of quality Education that they become vulnerable to seek better chances of suitable & dignified jobs. Seeking job is big challenge even reserved 05% job quota in Government & public sector. due to lack of employment persons with disabilities are double discriminated one is disability and other is unemployment.
This project will solve this problem to raise funds/donations for persons with disabilities to provide small scaled own business like pushing carts of vegetables, fruits, maize, confectionery, dry-fruits, grocery shops & whole sale shops to promote self employment, which will be big impact on the lives of persons with disabilities by earning livelihood with dignified access near by markets. This practice will bring positive thinking regarding disability & employment. People will encourage them.
To promoting self employment among persons with disabilities will be potential long term impact on the lives of persons with disabilities by earning livelihood with dignified access at near by markets. This practice will bring positive thinking regarding disability & employment. People will encourage such businesses to bring strengthening and empowerment among persons with disabilities in the Society. People will establish & scale up their small businesses to bring self employment with dignity.
