Transgender is not socially accepted by our society but termed as socal stigma. They have no civic rights to live their life meanwhile Human Rights Declaration has given same fundamental rights as to others to live independently. Due imbalance of society this segment of society is left behind in all walks of life and are most vulnerable human there is dire need to be mainstreamed through long untiring efforts, solid sustainable plans to bring their life normal as others.

They have no education, no health care, no emergency response, no skill, no employment, no proper residence even no heritance. These basic problems needs to be resolved through our engagement accordingly.
This project will highlight issues turn motivate the society to build up acceptance of trans community. This project will educate children and adult trans to be engaged meaningfully. This project will provide skill development to bring skilled labour. This project will motivation among Trans community to move for self employment through small Enterprises. This practice will bring solid impact to mainstream Trans community
This project will bring long term impact to cover all segments of society to accept trans as human as others through continued social mobilization. As accepted by society then they will be included in all walks of life. They have option to be part of local politics, they have reserved seats but not aware to get it. They have 2% job quota but not know, they will be engaged meaningfully in this project to bring long lasting impact in the Society.
