Happy New Year! Thank you all for your continued support. We are excited to have broken ground on our new shelter project recently and will be fundraising to raise money as the build progresses, but this is an exciting step forward in our journey to helping rescue and rehome as many of Cayman's cats and dogs as possible!
In the meantime our existing shelter is bursting at the seams and we continue to struggle with space and resources, so your donations are extremely valuable and make a huge difference to the lives of the hundreds of cats and dogs in our care. The funds raised also help us to find homes overseas for some of our long-term shelter residents who have struggled to find a suitable home on island. We are delighted that Capulet, a male dog who had been in the shelter for almost five years, found a fantastic home in Canada! This would not be possible without the generosity of our donors, volunteers, fosterers and adopters, so thank you for all your help in giving Capulet the forever home he so deserves!
