Summer Events in SANTI Building

Dear friends,
We are having a great time in summer with many events in our SANTI building. We are using this building to organize various events as outlined here.
- We have started a new batch of summer training classes with 16 students. They are learning to make Indian ladies dresses.
- Record Keeping training was provided by SANTI to Women Self Help Group members of Barupara Ward No.13 of Rajgangpur.
- In morning, children are starting the day with an inspirational song and doing yoga.
- Few SANTI children have shown interest to learn to sew in summer break. So, they are learning to sew clothing.
Thank you for your continued support. The construction projects are on hold. We are waiting for a threshold of funds to generate and then resume the work.

Repair and fencing in our center

Dear Friends,
We are feeling great about our current progress in SANTI and sharing our progress.
- We repaired the building with some regular maintenance work needed to be done. There was some cleaning performed as part of this effort.
- Our fruits and vegetable garden needed a fence. We build our fence and it is secured now. Children usually spend some time playing there as well as they learn some gardening skills.
- In this building, we have started a new batch of students in our sewing course.
Please assist to help us to finish remaining work of the building. Thank you for your continued help.

Birthday Party in Empowerment Center

Dear Friends,
We wish you had a great holiday time and have a wonderful 2019.
Here are our efforts in past quarter -
- We had organized birthday party for SANTI children in our new building. This was a great gathering from local volunteers. They were part of the preparation, fun and food.
- There were regular meetings regarding the planning of future construction works of SANTI. Many ideas were explored and we are waiting on meeting threshold of funding to start remaining construction work.
- Many other activities were organized such as alteration classes, health care and hygiene fundamental classes in our new building.
