Green Pakistan by Planting Neem Tree (Azadirachta indica)
The Neem Tree plant is useful for the farming families, AHD distributed 500 plants in different villages families for the shelter, medicine and wood purposes, the Neem Tree wood is useful and expensive as compare to other plants and it’s also contain Azadirachta which contains many useful usage for people as well as crops.
AHD giving training to farmers to plant tree in their agricultural lands and use their seed and leaves for the spray on crops, about 100 farmers practiced to put Neem powder for the crops spray on vegetables as well as crops. The Neem Tree has many beneficial uses, we are looking you support to distribute Neem Tree plant in 500 women headed families.
A TIME TO MAKE GREEN PAKISTAN & REDUCE GAS EMISSIONS
AHD promoting Fuel Efficient Cooking Stoves in rural women, a purpose to reduce wood consumption and save tree as well as WOMEN WORK LOAD REDUCED at Household level, a amazing experiences by AHD staff in the field. Some 15 villages adopted FES Cooking stove construction in just 2 months time period, women, men and children happy to learn and prepare their cooking stoves.
This is right time to support this project to help poor communities as well as MAKE GREEN PAKISTN by planting trees and making cooking stoves in rural areas.
The AHD model cooking stoves will reduce daily 05 kg wood at one family will be 1,825 kg per year in Mounds 45.62 approximately 02 Tons of wood annually & if we plant 100,000 cooking stoves that will save 182,500,000 kgs in Mounds 4,562,500 & approximately 228,125 Tons of wood will be saved. Now THE TIME TO HELP / DONAE to this project to save environment of Pakistan, AHD FES Cooking will also contributing to save tree and environment as well as CO2 gas emissions. Some 250 Cooking stove in 10 villages constructed by women near Tando Ghula Hyder Sindh Pakistan
The women and men enjoying new constructed Fuel Efficient Cooking stove in 10 villages near Tando Ghulam Hyder Sindh Pakistan. The Fuel Efficient Cooking Stoves give safe environment to women to cook two dishes in one time and through smoke outside their kitchen place, reduce 50% wood and make clean kitchen, utensils not blackish & women have extra time to give care to children and family and she can also care herself easily.

250 Fuel Efficient Cooking stove constructed in 10 new villages near Matli
AHD female team visited some 10 new villages in the month of Sept to Oct and organized them into the village women groups, about 250 families participated in the training facilitated by the staff of AHD for the women health improvement. Now 10 women CBOs organized and some 250 women get trained and constructed AHD Model Fuel Efficient Cooking stove at household level. The 250 FES Cooking stove will save 50% wood means 1,250 kg wood on daily basis and it will also save women from the smoke they inhaling during the use of traditional cooking stove.
Hope on this Holiday season we can raise funds for the tree plantation and cooking stove for women in rural areas of Badin, Thatta, Sujawal & Tando M. Khan.
Tree Plantation by farmers in coastal area of Sindh
Mr. Jaglo age 48 years resident of a Village near Jati of district Sujawal, Mr. Jaglo loves to plant trees, he planted a Tree name: Conocarpus on large scale in his farming lands. Some 1000 trees of Conocaprus plantated on the boundry wall of his land and fruit tree names Mango, Guava, lemon and Chiku planted on limited scale. Further he plan to plant 5,000 tree incoming year, he prepared land for Nursery plantation. The plastic bags and sand given by AHD staff and further he will plant local forest trees to raise nursery in his areas.
Further AHD also plan to provide material to open 10 new nurseries in coastal area to increase tree plantation and environmental sustainability in disaster hit areas of coastal in Sindh.
