Training Rides and Yoga Classes for Cyclists

The kick off training ride for Tour de Cure took place on Saturday, March 5th.  There was the threat of rain, but 21 people enjoyed the 10 mile ride along Springwater Trail.  Tour de Cure meets every Saturday through July 30th, routes, locations and lengths will vary, but there is a route for everyone.  Rides are posted weekly at www.diabetes.org/portlandtourdecure, everyone is welcome. 

Tour de Cure offers yoga classes for cyclists every Monday through May 23rd, 5:45pm-6:45pm.  For more information, please contact Kris Bockmier at kbockmier@diabetes.org or 503-736-2770 X 7355.
