Students were facing difficulties to accessing water because they don’t have the facility of drinking water nearby school. Students would have to go home for drinking water so mostly students won’t back to school after they reached home. Now the school has own hand-pump supported by PEP and students are happy and pleased to have a hand-pump in the school.

I am very grateful to PEP and CBN for the support in the shape of hand-pump they installed in our village. Now my 6 year old girl can continue her study in school rather than leaving the school and come to home for water. All the parents are very happy now their children come home when the school closed and their progress is also good as compare to before the project.By the Women Empowerment Group Facilitator, Miss Gudi.
