For Parkinson patients to defect and urinate, there is a need to have a proper raised toilet. But in our case poor Parkinson patient can not afford to build a proper (raised toilet) . They use ground hole usually sitting on their legs.. To sit on legs to urinate and defect is uncomfortable and painful. It can also become a cause of falling and possible to contaminated with bad smell
To help the poor Parkinson patients, PPSO-E with the fund obtained from GlobalGiving started to construct a modern raised toilet to its members. By constructing a modern raised toilet PPSO-E believes the quality of life for those patients beneficiaries improved significantly.

But after being a patient, my legs are weak, most of the time rigid and shaky. But now I had difficulty to of use ground toilet because of my legs, I cant sit longer instead I stand and sit again and again. Most the time I stop before finishing. I also got bad smell as my clothe touch dirty things, There is also a falling problem. In addition I embarrassed of having of bad smell I was not willing to meet people, even my cloth relative. But now with this clean modern raised toilet, my quality of life improves. Now pain in my legs reduces. I use the toilet until comfortably finished. I start visiting my friends and accepting visitors happily. I am back to normal, thanks to PPSO-E. God bless to those helped me.
