We are in the final countdown.... We really need your help now!
In a few weeeks we´ll be closing this project but we need your donation now to raise the 100% of it.
The whole project includes:
- Teacher training.
- Pedagogical advice and technical assistance.
- Deliver materials to support the school.
- Communicate the guidelines of the program.
- The selection of books.
- Create and maintain the Reading Corner.
We share a testimony gathered during a training in another school from Salta and who could implement the whole project:
“The training allowed me to learn new ways to work productively as I develop as a teacher. I also greatly appreciate that the foundation and its coordinator chose us.” School Nº 4233 - Las Llanas, Salta.
Children in Chicoana are in need and education is the only way to get out from poverty and social exclusion. These vulnerable families have poor access to health/educational services and literacy materials.

Step by step, we can still make it

We still have a long way to reach our project´s goal.
But, why should we keep dreaming? Why sould we keep supporting children in Chicoana?
Because they still need you:
- Reading is an essential element that helps children and young people to develop their identities, imagine new worlds, dream, and - above all - to think critically.
- A child who develops reading and writing skills will have more opportunities for social mobility. They will be aware of a different reality that may compensate for a lack of models at home and enrich her environment.
- Children that do not read lack an extensive vocabulary, cannot express themselves fluently and have a reduced capacity to imagine and understand abstract concepts.
Let´s keep helping children in Chicoana!!! Please, keep kelping us to reach our dream!!!
Little by little, step by step... we can all make our dream come true!
