In the last 6 months 35 babies have come under the care of our nurse in the Children’s Hospital in Dniprodzerzhynsk. Each of these are abandoned or taken from their parents who have been unable to care for their child (due to poverty, drugs or alcohol abuse). Many children and VERY unwell and none have received any care or affection.
One young girl, aged 19, has now had 4 babies with her 16 year old boyfriend. Each one has come into the hospital as she is unable to care for her new babies. These babies deserve the same love, affection and protection as any baby – but if it were not for your gifts and our support they would never get it.
