Thank you for supporting the Abandoned Babies Programme.
With your support babies receive the love and care they truly deserve.
Many abandoned children suffer from serious medical problems, which in many cases is the reason for their abandonment, given the difficulties involved in bringing up seriously ill or disabled children in Ukraine, not least the social prejudice against them.
A hug is so important for a baby especially for babies that didn’t have the best start in life, babies who haven’t experienced hugs and love from their parents. Our nurse ensures that clothes, nappies and medicines are not taken by others and babies receive love and care.
We also provide art materials for the toddlers like paint felt pens, crayons etc to support their development and fine motor skills.
It is so important for both toddlers and babies to have the best start in life. We are working hard to make sure they have the people and tools to help them. If you’d like to learn more about this programme, please visit our website (link provided below)
