Hello Las Lomas Supporters!
I am excited to give you the news about Jill! She came to us as an owner surrender when she fell off the porch and broke both of the bones in her leg. Her owners couldn't afford the surgery to have it fixed and they were advised to have her put to sleep. With the help of generous and caring supporters like you, we were able to have her leg fixed! She was healing nicely when she chewed off a couple of her toes and then had to have surgery to repair them as well. It was a long haul for Jill but she has now been released from the vet and is continuing to thrive. It will take a couple of months for her leg to strenghten but she is well on the road to living a normal life! Jill is such a sweet and loving little girl and I am so pleased we have been able to help her on this long journey. She has had her vaccinations as well and is on monthly heartworm prevention. Soon, she will be spayed. I can't thank each of you enough for all of your support! Without you, this couldn't be possible. You are all so amazing and Jill sends her love and kisses!
With your continued support, we can help even more dogs, and what a good feeling it is! Thank you all from the bottom of my heart!
Sincerely,
Kim
