The first quarter of 2026 marks a significant milestone for our job placement program. We began the year with a very positive outcome, achieving 22 successful job placements: 11 young people integrated into the Caracas labor market and 11 through our online training program, which reaches beneficiaries nationwide. These results reaffirm our commitment to decentralizing opportunities and building a more inclusive Venezuela. Furthermore, we successfully launched our third virtual training cohort in March, welcoming 81 new participants from 16 different states. This expansion demonstrates our growing capacity to transform lives through accessible education and professional empowerment, regardless of geographical barriers throughout the entire country.
