Buena Voluntad successfully finished 2025 including 81 beneficiaries in labor market. These numbers were achieved by allocating participants in private capital companies of different sizes within Venezuela. All these hired participants counted on our organization with respect to labor training, professional advice, skills assessment, accompaniment and job interviews settings. Also, we were the intermediaries between them and the soliciting enterprises in the interest of facilitating their proper and effective inclusion. This last task aims to raise awareness over the importance and benefits of involving people with disabilities in their work teams.
It is important to emphasize our newly-built alliance with the European Union Embassy, which began with the visit of the ambassador to our facilities. Together with the European Delegation, Buena Voluntad participated in a special event on People With Disabilities Day, activity that aided us to divulge our mission and set bonds with other similar organizations and companies.
In 2026 we will pursuit the realization of dreams by delivering labor training to people with disabilities and making society more aware of their talents.
