Despite the natural disasters and complex challenges our country has faced recently, the Buena Voluntad Civil Association remains steadfast and unwavering in its commitment to inclusion. In times of adversity, our work takes on even greater meaning, reaffirming our daily conviction that employment is the most powerful tool for transforming lives and building a future of dignity and independence.
Thanks to the resilience of our team and the trust of our partners, we proudly celebrate an impact that continues to grow nationwide. To date, we have successfully placed 47 people with disabilities in jobs, transforming their families' lives and strengthening the social fabric of our communities:
Caracas: 28 participants successfully integrated into the labor market.
Rest of the country: 19 people who now have formal, equitable employment.
Each of these achievements demonstrates that barriers are overcome through training, support, and real opportunities. We will press ahead with greater determination, bringing hope and autonomy to more corners of Venezuela through the unifying power of work.
