The corona pandemic (COVID-19) has taken a macabre form. Mankind is reeling under its grip. Due to its spread, many people are becoming victims of it. Due to lack of awareness about Covid-19 disease, many people are becoming victims of it. Due to hygiene and lack of necessary precautions, it is spreading rapidly. It is also spreading rapidly in slums and villages. The rural people are not aware of this pandemic, which is causing its spread.
An awareness workshop was organized by the Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan to make people aware of corona virus in rural & slums areas. An awareness workshop was organized by the organization in many diffrent villages & slums. The workshop was organized by maintaining proper social distancing and safety, in which villagers were given information about corona virus through flip charts, posters, videos, etc. and also the message of wearing masks was given. The message of maintaining proper social distance outside the house and regular use of sanitizer was also given in the workshop. In the workshop, people expressed their views and shared their thoughts. The organization also distributed free masks during the workshop.
The villagers became aware through the awareness workshop organized by the RSKS Organization. Now these people use masks regularly when going out of the house as well as following proper social distance and covid safety protocols. The security masks distributed by the organization are being used by the villagers regularly as well as making other people and family members aware of the corona pandemic. The leader of the village congratulated the team for this noble work of the organization that in the future, such awareness programs should be organized in rural areas so that the villagers become aware.

Corona pandemic is showing its devastating effect all over the world and there are so many people who are getting the virus as they do not know about the virus and its precautions. These people are those who do not have any digital gadgets and are living far away from the cities. These people are farmers, daily wages labour, slum or street people etc. The do not know how to protect themselves from this pandemic and are getting infected of this life threatening, virus named as novel corona virus. These people are in urgent need of awareness against the corona virus.
While watching this critical problem, RSKS India decided to help and support these people by doing mass awareness programs. The program – “Corona Awareness Through Snake & Ladders” was organized in 10 inaccessible areas with the valuable support of GG. In this program the farmers, daily wages labour, slum and street people were told about the safety precautions they can take to protect themselves from the pandemic and how to have better immunity. They were told with the help of snake and ladder game where snake showed things not to do and the ladder showed the things these people must do in order to protect themselves from this novel corona virus. This program spread awareness to so many people and these people were told to spread the awareness in their families and community. At the end of the program all the people took oath to follow all the corona safety protocols.
Mass awareness was possible as this program directly benefitted so many people and through them many more will be aware. Now these people will be able to work for increasing their immunity and will also be able to protect themselves from the novel coronavirus and will also protect their family. These people will now follow all the corona safety protocols and will always follow social distancing. Now these people know what to do and what not to do and the whole snake and ladder game was very easy way to make them understand this. All the people who attended the program and the village officials thanked the RSKS team for this wonderful awareness work in their area.

Corona virus- a virus that has been showing its devastating effect all over the globe. The second wave of this virus is also showing it’s devastating power in so many countries but still there are some people who did not worry about their lives and are helping the corona virus affected people. They were protecting the people by performing their duties, these people are the doctors, nurse, hospital sanitization workers etc people who are working in the hospitals to save humans from this pandemic. The increasing number of covid-19 patients is a very dreadful condition for these hospital people also as anytime they can face the shortage of hygiene and safety materials.
Keeping this problem in view and to support these medical line people, RSKS India with the valuable support of donors organized a Hygiene Kit Distribution Program to many Hospitals. In this program, the RSKS Team members distributed hygiene kits to these hospital workers for their safety. This Hygiene kit included small and big sanitizer bottle, Surgical masks, hand gloves, safety face shields, safety cap, etc. hygiene material. This distribution program was conducted while keeping in mind the corona safety protocols. The hospital workers were also contacted earlier so that their work would also not be disturbed. With the help of this hygiene kit, these warriors will be able to perform their duty safely.
With the help of Hygiene kit provided by the RSKS India, these hospital workers would be able to do their jobs safely. Their will not be shortage of the hygiene kit in these hospitals and also the hospital staff will be using these hygiene kit materials to protect themselves from this second wave of corona virus. These hygiene kit materials will also be useful in the emergency situation. The doctors, nurse and other hospital staff thanked the team for this kind gesture and also appreciated the quick response of RSKS India towards this situation.

Most of the Rural people are having too many dental problems but they do not have any dentist at their nearby places and they do not come to city for a checkup because they find it expensive and wastage of time. They live with the dental problems and it causes so many oral problems and also diseases like cancer but still they find it useless to go to a dentist until and unless they have some major oral problem. Rural children are also not able to go to a dentist whenever they are having any problem because of their parent pessimistic thinking and the distance between the nearest dentist clinic / hospital.
In order to solve this problem, RSKS India organized free dental health checkup camp in a rural village area. This camp was organized at the village government building with the support of village official and it was free for all the rural children, men and women. Free dental checkup along with medicines were given for free to the rural children, men and women. The program was organized while keeping in mind the corona safety measures as well as social distancing. The camp benefitted 155 rural people which included men, women and children.
Through the help of this free dental health checkup camp, rural people were able to tell their dental problems to dentist and got their solution for free. The children and women who were unable to go to the dentist in city because of far away and financial problems were able to get their dental checkup in their village only. The village people along with the village official thanked team RSKS India of their heart and appreciated this noble work to benefit the rural people.
