Dear Friend Namaste,

Corona virus has led to a decrease in the means of employment, especially in rural areas where employment resources are limited. In such a situation, poor, deprived communities and needy women and girls have no employment. Due to limited employment in rural areas, women were not getting employment. At such a time, a step was taken by the RSKS Organization to make the poor woman self-reliant which is as follows......

  • In such a difficult situation, the RSKS organization organized skill development training to make women self-employed.
  • The organization inaugurated beauty parlor skill development training in inaccessible regional village Gagwana.
  • The training site was inspected by the organization keeping a close watch on Covid-19 safety and security and inauguration program was also taken care with proper social distancing and cleanliness.
  • This batch of 8 women and young girls were divided into 2 and health care were taken care of. Village official also participated in the inaugural program.
  • Under the beauty parlor training, women were given the nuances of mehndi, facials, makeup, eyebrows, wax, bridal, makeup etc.
  • The medium of training was both theoretical and practical so that women and girls will be taking training easily.
  • Everyday women are coming in training and are using sanitizers.
  • Training of life skills, capacity building, EDP, Job Fair etc. will be organized for women in the coming days.

Expected Outcomes!!

  • This training will prove useful for women and young girls. This is a move towards self-employment.
  • In the near future, these women will do self-employment or will work in other beauty parlors as per their capacity.
  • Women are coming to regular training and learning a new skill which will give them employment.
  • For the first time, women have taken a new initiative by stepping out of the house, which has boosted their confidence.

We have been getting your valuable generous support through GlobalGiving and we are thankful to you from the core of our heart.....

A normal person makes a living by employing according to his ability, but a disabled person has to face many difficulties in employment. Our society considers the disabled as weak and does not allow them to work. In such a situation, people with disabilities get separated and move around unemployed. Employment resources for unemployed people with disabilities were provided by the RSKS Organization.

  • The RSKS Organization identified the disabled and they were given an aid amount by check to develop their livelihood and open employment. The Organization selected 7 disabled people and they were given a check of Rs 5000 cash assistance under one program. With this amount of Rs 5000, the disabled are able to start small jobs for themselves. Feedback of beneficiary disabled people was also taken by the organization in which it was found that people with disabilities bought goods for employment and started employment according to their needs.
  • People with disabilities are not aware of their rights, that is why they do not get their rights and neither do they get the benefit of disabled schemes. In such a situation, people with disabilities are also being linked to social security schemes by the RSKS organization under which benefits of their pension, disabled certificate, UDID card, special job card, Palanhar Yojana etc. are being provided.

Impact from Ground.....

  • People with disabilities living in the lower strata of society have found a solution to employment.
  • People with disabilities got the benefit of social security schemes and their documents have also been completed.
  • The standard of living of people with disabilities has improved and the economic condition of the house has improved.
  • Participation in family and social activity has increased.
  • People with disabilities got aware of their rights and have become aware.
  • By staying in an organization, now people with disabilities are also raising their voice for their rights.

RSKS India wishes you a Happy & MERRY XMAS!!

Dear Patrons !

RSKS India wishes you a Happy & MERRY XMAS!!

A child learns from his family, society and environment, activities of daily life, education, etc. from childhood, in which the family also helps him, but there are some children who are hindered in daily activities education, who are placed in the disabled category. Disabled children are not able to carry out daily life activities, education or any other activity like other children. Such disabled children find it difficult to do all these tasks due to environmental constraints or because of their physical or mental condition. They are unable to do all this work. Keeping this in view, following activities are being conducted by the organization with children with disabilities.

*. RSKS Organization is conducting home based activity for 35 physically and mentally challenged children.
*. Under the Home based Activity, all activities are being taught to children with disabilities by coming to the Activity of Daily Living, which includes defecation, bathing, grooming, eating and self care of children with disabilities.
*. Disabled children are identified with the task or activity that is being hindered and taken as a small target and are being taught to the disabled child and their family members.
*. The activity taught by organization workers is regularly repeated by parents or family of children with disabilities.
*. Some of the children with disabilities are also those who are impeded or unable to attend school.
*. Home based education is being provided by the organization to such disabled children.
*. Color charts, flip charts, numerology etc. are being taught easily.

Small Impact......

**. Children with disabilities are getting to learn at home through the home base activity and education program run by the organization.
**. The organization has formed a friendly relationship with workers with disabilities, parents etc which has made them easier to learn.
**. Children with disabilities are learning daily life activities.
**. Families with a child with disabilities got to learn how to teach a disabled child.

This is one of the emotional comments sent by our recent Generous donor on GlobalGiving !!

''Children are lost they need us adults to guide them; I didnt grow up with parental guidance and love; and I, as a child, was deprived in many ways, so I would like a child never to feel that, because the impact can last a life time.''

Once again thank you so much for your valuable Support.

Many Regards

Respected Donor Namaste!!

Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan and the beneficiaries wish you and your family "Merry Christmas" !!

In our society, people with disabilities are considered as a curse and are kept in isolation, which is why people with disabilities are not able to be a part of the mainstream of society. These people with disabilities are unable to work and also depend on others for their own work. These people with disabilities faced a lot of problems during the Corona period and ration was the biggest problem in front of them. After the closure of their small employment, these disabled people started facing financial problems and then there were problems like ration and food in their house.

At such a time, the RSKS Organization extended a helping hand to the disabled people. Ration food packets distribution was done to the handicapped people under the Covid-19 Ration distribution program run by the RSKS. Ration was distributed to 300 handicapped families of inaccessible regional villages. This program ensured food supply of 1200 people for three weeks. They were given around 20 kg dry ration in ration kits containing flour, pulses, rice, spices, soap oil, salt, sugar etc. All the handicapped people were very happy with the ration kit. They got this ration at a time when they needed it most.

Tension of people with disabilities was ended by getting ration in time of need. Now they will not have to spread their hands in front of anyone. They have got 3 weeks of food security and they are getting two time meal every day. Disabled people were also made aware of Covid-19 by RSKS team members, so that they would be safe during the Corona period. All handicapped people express their gratitude to the RSKS Organization and also praise noble work of the organization.

Many thanks again for your support!!

Dear Patron

RSKS India Family wishes you a Happy & Joyful Holiday Season

Today's unemployment has increased due to limited resources of employment, its effect is seen all around. This effect is being seen in rural areas also, especially women & girls from poor and deprived communities who have no means of employment. At such a time, a step was taken by the RSKS Organization to make the poor woman & girls self-reliant which is as follows.

  • After conducting a baseline survey of advance tailoring training at village Makrera by RSKS organization an interview was done with them.
  • After this phase, 15 poor, deprived and needy women were selected for advance tailoring training.
  • Advance tailoring training was inaugurated by the organization with the presence of village officers and organization officers and training women.
  • The inauguration program was organized with complete care of safety and security.
  • The outline of training in the respective master training in the program was explained to women and young girls.
  • The medium of training was kept theoretical as well as practical so that women would be able to take training easily.
  • Special attention was taken to maintain social distance by dividing 15 women of advance tailoring in batches of tranees and sanitizer was also provided for cleanliness.

Small Impact:-

*. Women & girls are receiving training with regular social distance.
*. The master trainer is teaching women how to sew lehengas, blouses, Rajputi dresses, salwar suits etc.
*. Women and young girls are moving towards self-employment.
*. Women's confidence has increased after coming into training.

All the women undergoing training are from poor and underprivileged communities, so women will learn self-employment by sewing and earn income while sitting at home. With the employment of these women, their confidence will increase and they will get equal position as men in the society, which will bring equality in the society.

Many Thanks
