ALLEVIATE IBB ZOO SUFFERING

Dear GlobalGiving Donors and supporters,

Support Yemeni Society Organization’s Team would like to extend their warmest thanks to you for your generous support during this harsh winter. It is only with the support of GlobalGiving and your support we continue implementing the humanitarian project, IBB ZOO EMERGENCY RESCUE MISSION, Yemen. The Support Yemeni Society Organization's Team kept distributing food, vegetables, grass, seeds, and medicine to the animals in Ibb Zoo. for the cages of the animals. SYS volunteers kept maintaining and fixing the cages and enclosures of the animals.

What We Did So Far

The Support Yemeni Society Organization's Team in Ibb has started the rehabilitating process for the entire Ibb Zoo as follows:

- First, they contacted the local authorities taking permission to start the rehabilitation of the ruined zoo.

- Then, they started building new humane enclosures for wild raptor birds.

- After that, they started building new humane enclosures for baboons and monkeys. Moreover, the Support Yemeni Society Organization's Team keeps feeding those poor animals.

- They also launched awareness-raising campaigns on social media like Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter about the importance of those animals.

- Provided food and medicine for the animals.

The ongoing war in Yemen has affected the animals at IBB ZOO too much. The Support Yemeni Society Organization's Team is facing many difficulties and obstacles. The situation at the zoo is miserable. It needs to be improved in all its infrastructures. It is only with you; we can get rid of those obstacles. Together, we can save the lives of those poor animals. IBB ZOO SENDS SOS

Dear GlobalGiving Donors and supporters,

Winter is approaching. It becomes freezing in Ibb City, Yemen. Therefore, we at Support Yemeni Society Organization with the support of GlobalGiving and your support still implementing the humanitarian project, IBB ZOO EMERGENCY RESCUE MISSION, Yemen. Support Yemeni Society Organization's Team is doing its best to improve the conditions of IBB Zoo. Support Yemeni Society Organization's Team and volunteers work hard to provide safe places for those poor animals during winter. They keep providing food and water for the animals. They also check the animals’ health. Besides, the team and the volunteers make regular maintenance checks for the cages of the animals.

HELP TO SET LIONS IN IBB ZOO FREE

Dear GlobalGiving Donors and supporters,

Because of your great support, the Support Yemeni Society Organization is still doing its best to save animals, and still implementing its project IBB ZOO EMERGENCY RESCUE MISSION, Yemen, in war-torn Yemen. We strongly try to alleviate the suffering of those animals enduring the harsh weather and the lack of care they really, need. We've renewed their cages, and provided them with adequate nutrition, which we hope will be sufficient. Support Yemeni Society Organization's Team and volunteers in Ibb City are working hard to provide safe places for those poor animals during summer. Besides, they also offered the zookeepers funds, so they can rest assured that the animals are taken care of.

What We Did So Far

Support Yemeni Society Organization's Team in Ibb has started the rehabilitating process for the entire Ibb Zoo as follows:

- First, they contacted the local authorities taking the permission to start the rehabilitation of the ruined zoo.

- Then, they started building new humane enclosures for wild raptor birds.

- After that, they started building new humane enclosures for baboons and monkeys. Moreover, SYS Team keeps feeding those poor animals.

- They also launched awareness-raising campaigns on social media like Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter about the importance of those animals.

There are 13 big lions in one small cage. They are suffering and they need a spacious humane enclosure. We have to set them free. They need to breathe their freedom. We truly hope you stand beside us to fulfill our noble mission and build big enclosures for the lions. It is only with your generous donation we can keep implementing this humanitarian project.
