As we approach the end of the year we begin to make a balance of the workshop in order to make conclusions and changes for next year.
Analyzing the objectives we settled, we realized that the participants allow themselves to think different from the rest of the group and feel comfortable defending their point of view. They have developed critical thinking and gained self- steem on the process.
Thinking of 2015, we hosted a team of Harvard students in Rosario to work on a coding program as a compliment of our current e-learning workshop. During two weeks they trained a team of El Desafío staff members in coding and provided us with useful tips and tools to be able to create a program adapted to our needs. This will start next year in March! So stay in touch to hear more about this soon.
