Important moment in Ilya's life

Pottery is stil favorite Ilya's hobby
This year Ilya is finishing the eighth grade and he is planing to continue education. This is an important moment in his life, because next year Ilya will be 18. The boy will became an adult and be able to have a job, to go to serve in the army, to choose certification Program in college. Ilya has a desire to earn money, build a career, get an education.
For Ilya, it is now important to determine which way to go. We support him and help to feel confident.
Ilya speaks about the years of studying at his school with gratitude and warmth. He appreciates the attention given to him by teachers and other students. He also realizes that a lot of money was collected for his education and it is important to do his best at school.
Ilya will be studying at the private school until June 2017. Next school year he will study in regular school. It is very important to support him in the three month of spring and to give the opportunity to prepare for the next stage of his life.
We are sincerely gratitude to everyone who helps Ilya!

Ilya's new achievements

Ilya carries on studying at a privet school. He likes the school very much – especially teacher’s personal attitude and freedom in choosing electives.
Ilya loves Geography, Computer Science and Chemistry. He has even made friends with teachers of Geography and Computer Science. Not this two, but all the teachers help Ilya to keep interest in learning. Algebra and Physic are not easy for the boy. It is complicated for Ilya to understand abstract theories. But he realizes how important that subjects are and tries to handle the situation.
As before Ilya goes in for pottery with a big pleasure. He also has started play chess besides. Ilya practises every Friday and even takes part in competitions (unfortunately still unsuccessful).
Ilya says, the school is kind of a big family for him - he has good realtionship with all the pupils. The best friends of the boy are his classmate and a girl who is a bit elder. They spend much time together.
Ilya’s turor thinks, the boy has achieved good results in studying and conversations. Despite his awkward age he becomes more serious and has even started thinking over his future job and career. We are proud of Ilya and very grateful to you for the help!

More about Ilya

Dear friends,
Thanks to your help two of our participants – Luisa and Dima – have already studied at regular school. Two years of participation in our program helps them to feel much more confident in studying and conversations.
So today there is only one participant of the project – Ilya.
Ilia starts his 8th grade this year. He is not a child already and he really thinks about his future life and profession. In two years Ilya will probably graduate from the school and enter to a college.
Studying at the private school, with its warm atmosphere and attentive teachers let Ilya succeed in learning and society. He is still interested in crafts. For some years Ilya is very enthusiastic about ceramics (you can see an example of his creation on the picture). Our psychologist and family supervisor says, that it’s very important to keep moving!
We would like to say thanks to every our donator! Thank you for opportunity you gave to Ilya! We also hope of your help in this academic year.
