Herts Young Homeless Project Update

Hi from all of us at the Rotary Club of Hitchin Tilehouse. A huge thank you to all our donors, your generosity has raised a wonderful £3168 in total to support vulnerable teenagers and young people who are homeless or threatened with homelessness.
As many of you are aware this is the first project the Rotary Club of Hitchin Tilehouse has run on the GlobalGiving platform and we are delighted with the Worldwide reach which has been achieved.
We will soon be closing this appeal and opening a new one as we enter the Winter of 2019. It will again be in aid of Herts Young Homeless. Hopefully some of our donors can again find it in their hearts to support us again because, unfortunately, the problem of homelessness has not gone away!
We thank you again as Friends of the Rotary Club of Hitchin Tilehouse and look forward to keeping in touch.

Herts Young Homeless Project Update

Hi from all of us at the Rotary Club of Hitchin Tilehouse. A huge thank you to our 46 donors, your generosity has raised a wonderful £3163 so far to support vulnerable teeneagers and young people who are homeless or threatened with homelessness.
As many of you are aware his is the first time that the Rotary Club of Hitchin Tilehouse has used the Global Giving platform to raise awareness and funds for a particular project and we are delighted that the worldwide reach of this platform has resulted in donations from individuals far and wide so, a special Hi and thank you to those of you who found our project through Global Giving we welcome you as Friends of the Rotary Club of Hitchin Tilehouse and look forward to keeping in touch .
The work of Herts Young Homeless and countless similar charities throughout the globe is priceless, one donor who found our project through Global Giving sums it up as follows:
'I am so grateful to the wonderful people who care for those whose circumstances have become so bad, their only option is to sleep rough. Thank you, you are angels'
Thank you again to our donor angels who help ensure the continued work of Herts Young Homeless, Just £813 to go and together we will have reached our target...every penny helps!

Herts Young Homeless Project Update

Hi from all of us at the Rotary Club of Hitchin Tilehouse. A huge thank you to our 44 donors, your generosity has raised a wonderful $3694 so far to support vulnerable teeneagers and young people who are homeless or threatened with homelessness.
A representative from Herts Young Homeless joined us for our weekly club breakfast recently and gave us an update on all their project work including Night Stop Herts which is the particular project that your donations have supported. The first tranche cheque was handed over and the charity would like us to pass on their grateful thanks for your support of their vital work.
