Spring is almost here, and we've spent some time over the holiday months working with other foundations and the kids they support. In December we made hundreds of cookies with a group of youth leaders, who in turn shared half of them with other disadvantaged youth in their neighbourhood for Christmas.
We also lent out our space to some Venezuelan entrepreneurs to run a workshop for their child caregiver employees, providing lunch and a fun environment for them to learn new skills.
And at the end February we provided a delicious lunch for a monhly activity at an orphanage, where the youth and staff appreciated eating something different from their regularly sheduled meals.
