Happy fall for those who enjoy the change in seasons! Over the past few months we have finally got our solar energy system adjusted and working properly, which cuts our monthly utilities bills in about half! We're also working on getting our urban rooftop and hydroponic gardens back to producing a healthy amount of organic vegetables and herbs for future activities, and we even have our first organic passion fruit created with the help of our biodigester. And there are more on the way!
I also have replaced the damaged methane gas storage bag that is receiving gas from our biodigester, and we hope to be able to start cooking with the natural gas very soon!
