As the school year wraps up, we want to thank you for all your support.
This year our students learned engineering principles using materials as simple as paper, toothpicks, spaghetti, and marshmallows. Simply corrugating (accordion folding to make triangles) increases the strength of an index card 20-fold or more! Check out our Facebook page for photos.
We launched our program in three new school districts - Milpitas Unified, Ravenswood (East Palo Alto), and Oakland- reaching an additional 500 students. We are expanding even more next year – adding 4 new schools.
Please consider supporting a student - all it takes to bring exciting hands-on science experiment to one student is $100.
